My philosophy regarding executive coaching is that you have all the answers. Sometimes, however, you aren’t able to access them because of everything else going on in your company or your life. Often, it takes a neutral outsider to help you see what you already know. Asking the right questions can help executives get in touch with their strengths and discover their own answers – ultimately becoming better leaders.  I work with leaders who want to grow their companies and themselves and are open to change.
