We all think we know who we are. However, when we ask others what we are good at, it’s usually not what we think. Strengths-based Leadership is based on work by Tom Rath and Barry Conchie that helps leaders identify their strengths and also how they lead with their strengths.

Knowing who you are is critical to your success. Knowing how you lead is critical to your team’s success.

In this interactive presentation, you will focus on understanding your strengths, how to use them in a team and how to lead using one of the leadership domains.
